Rainbow Fish is one of my favorite picture books, as it is full of colorful pictures that are done with pencil and marker and water color. Rainbow Fish's unique fins are done by a process called hot foil stamping. The pictures are not the only thing that stands out to be when it comes to the book, what also stands out to me is the message of sharing and friendship. The words are beautifully written and the message of the rainbow fish learning how to share his shinny fins is truly amazing.
I give the Rainbow Fish five rainbows out of five rainbows, this story is just remarkable with its timeless story of sharing. The story is truly humbling as the Rainbow Fish learns to share with the other fish the one thing that makes him stand-out. Children of all ages love to listen to the story of the Rainbow fish as well as look at the colorful and outstanding pictures. This is what makes Rainbow Fish a classic picture book.
